What balloon décor options do you offer?

Our most popular designs include organic balloon garlands, balloon arches, balloon walls, centerpieces, ceiling installations, and custom luxury balloon displays tailored to your theme.

How much does balloon décor cost?

Pricing depends on the size, style, and complexity of your design. Our installations typically start at $300, with luxury setups averaging between $500–$1,500. Contact us for a custom quote.

How long will the balloons last?

Indoor balloon décor can last several days, sometimes weeks, depending on temperature and environment. Outdoor displays are more sensitive to weather and typically last 24–48 hours.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days prior to your event.

If an event is booked less than 10 days in advance, full payment is due.

Are there any additional fees besides the balloon decor price?

Yes, we charge a minimum $100 delivery and set up fee depending on the distance from our location, time of day, and labor needed to complete the setup.

A breakdown can also be arranged for an additional fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Zelle and Venmo.

What if I need to cancel my event?

We understand things happen, therefore, we do our best to accommodate cancellations and work through solutions to help you reschedule the install.

NOTE: All deposits are non-refundable.

If a customer cancels or postpones the install, the deposit can be applied to a future order within 3 months of cancellation, based on date availability.

Last minute orders (less than 14 days)

Orders placed less than 2 weeks prior to the event may include a rush fee.

Minimum rush fee $50.
